Our venue's address is 9035 Edgerton Rd De Soto, KS 66018. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the back garden where the ceremony will take place.

Yes! We have reserved a room block at The Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City - Olathe for both Friday and Saturday. You can book your room using the link below. Please finalize your booking no later than April 22nd.

There is ample parking directly outside the venue for those wishing to drive themselves. Otherwise, we will be providing shuttle service between the Olathe Embassy Suites and venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be shuttles starting at 3:00pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel between 8pm and 11pm.

Duh! We will have a full bar with beer, liquor, and wine. Cash tips for our bartenders will be greatly appreciated, but not expected.

Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony site on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Our dress code is garden formal. We ask that guests wear a suit or dress pants with a blazer, or opt for a formal sundress, lightweight gown, or tea-length dress. We encourage spring colors and kindly ask that you avoid dresses in any shade of white.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 11501 West 81st. Street Apt 343 Lenexa, KS 66214. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
